It’s been some time since I added a blog to my website. I have been so caught up in all the craft around at the moment, I really don’t know where the summer has gone. For me it has passed in a whirlwind of colours, textures and new crafting trends!

We must take time to sit back and enjoy the summer evenings before the nights start drawing in, There is nothing like the tranquillity of a summers evening for getting inspired.

Enjoying the summertime flowers in my garden gave me the inspiration for the new My Craft Studio Garden of Romance CD Rom which recently sold out on Ideal World. The beauty of this new CD for me was that I got to get out my paint brushes and experiment with my greatest love, painting. Painting is how I started out crafting, I never seem to get any chance to paint these days so creating the images for this CD was a joy. I won’t be leaving it so long before getting my brushes out. So watch this space.
