We can only accept British postal orders from the Royal Mail, postal orders should be sent to the following address: -

Packaging and delivery is charged at £2.95 for each order, this is added to the total cost of your items after the final checkout process. Orders are normally delivered within 5 days, expected delivery dates are as follows: -

We will do everything possible to deliver your goods by the day specified above but we cannot accept any liability for deliveries made outside of the schedule.

We will email you when your order has been despatched, but additionally you can track the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking the 'Order History' link from the right menu. The order history will display all of your orders and the status of each. The following is a list of each status message and a description of them: -

New	Order placed and is awaiting to be processed
Paid	Order processed and payment has been successful
Failed	Order failed, we will be in contact with you
Cancelled	Order cancelled by us, we will be in contact with you
Dispatched	Order dispatched and is on its way!

Returns can be made for free within 28 days of the order date, you will need to package the items appropriately, include the order form highlighting the items you are returning with a covering letter, take the package to your Post Office with the returns slip we have provided in your original parcel. Returns made after 28 days may not be accepted by us and may be returned to you at your expense. If, in our discretion, we accept a late return then we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the cost of processing the return. This charge is currently £2.95.

CD's and DVD's cannot be refunded once the tamper seal has been broken.

As selling knives or other articles with a blade is against the law these products cannot be purchased by any person under 16 years of age.
