Shop Guide
We have setup the following guide to assist you in submitting an online order to us!
Step 1
Click the 'Shop' button from the left menu of the website: -
Step 2
You will now see a list of shop categories, click on the 'More info' link of the category you wish to browse, in this example we are using the 'Blocs' category: -
Step 3
You will now see a list of items in the category you selected, click on the 'More info' link of the item you wish to look at: -
Step 4
In this example we have decided to look at the 'Traditional Mens Paper Blocs' product, if you wish to order the item select 'Add to Basket', if you don't wish to order the item simply press the back button in your web browser to return to the list of items, if you want to return to the list of shop categories simply click the 'Shop' button the left menu again: -
Step 5
When you have added an item or items to your basket it will appear under the 'Shopping Basket' left menu as shown below, when you have finished shopping you can now click on 'Check Out' from the shopping basket menu: -
Step 6
At this stage you are asked to login, create an account or continue without openning an account, we have included the option to create an account so that your address details are saved for future orders (so you don't have to keep typing them in), once you have logged in or continued without creating an account, you are shown the following summary page where you can select the payment method you wish to use: -
In this example we will be paying by Credit/Debit Card, if you wish to pay by cheque/postal order simply complete your order and we will contact you for payment. As we are paying by Credit/Debit Card, simply click 'Continue To next step'.
Step 7
You now need to agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the 'I Agree' tick box and click 'Submit Order to Us'
Step 8
You will now be taken to a page where you can select your Credit/Debit card, select it from the list: -
Step 9
You now need to enter your Credit/Debit card details into the form, NOTE: your security code is the last 3 digits on the back of your card on the signature strip: -
Order Complete
Once payment has been confirmed you are shown a summary of your order, to check the status of your order simply click the 'Track Order' link under the 'Shop Information' left menu.
